RDA Registration Information
In order to register for any RDA Training Program, all players MUST complete the following RDA Information Form to register for the mandatory assessment.
All players and/ or guardians who wish to register in person will be required to contact the RDA Staff for further instructions.

ALL PLAYERS are required to complete the Information Form below.
There will be a one-time, non-refundable, mandatory Assessment Fee of $100.
ALL PLAYERS AND TRAINEES MUST BE PROPERLY REGISTERED AND HAVE PAID THEIR FEES IN FULL PRIOR TO ATTENDING ANY SESSIONS AT RDA.
If you would like to make arrangements for a Deferred Payment Plan, please contact the RDA Staff for more information.

Please note that HST will be charged on all Registration Fees.
